Black leather covered folder with silk backed fold in page containing three photographs - Town Hall, Panorama of Albury looking east from Western Hill and the Botanic Gardens. The leather covers are decorated externally and internally with gold lettering and edging. Inside features two ornately decorated and coloured pages dated at Albury 24th March 1910 addressed to Charles Lucas Griffith Esq. on the occassion of his retirement from business.Inscription

Mr. Griffith's father Lionel bought Toonallook (approx 7000acres) in 1914, Frederick and his brother took over in 1935. The property was sold in the early 1980's
Toonallook was noted for it's Romney Stud flock and Red Poll and Hereford cattle.
Grandfather Charles L. Griffith came to Albury in 1878 (from Ireland) and founded Charles L. Griffith and Co., a leading stock agency; he was joined by his brother Thomas H. Griffith in 1884.
